The first drink the bartender made in her demonstration was a drink for us, a "Loch Ness Martini". She made two of them, one for Barbara and one for me. After that she made two more drinks for us, one bourbon based and one Scotch based as shown above.
"Good Spirits at Sea" is probably the best bar on the ship with the widest selection of both regular and premium wines by the glass as well as the largest selection of spirits. Barbara and I had been avoiding this bar thinking they just did mixed drinks, but it appears they are also the best bar for everything else too!
