WHAT YOU VISIT
Mt. Nathan Winery
Tucked among 250 to 300 shade trees in the scenic Gold Coast Hinterland, the family owned and operated boutique winery offers a behind-the-scenes look at the wine making process. Your small group exclusive experience with the Wine Maker includes bottling your own wine that you can take home complete with your very own photo on the bottle. Once you arrive, you'll meet Paul Gibson, whose grandfather and father established Mt. Nathan in the 1970s. Then, you can explore the beautiful hinterland property, hand feed the sheep and alpacas, look into a fully operational beehive through an acrylic front and learn how their honey is used in the winery's famous honey wines.

Be sure to take a selfie with the gentle and friendly sheep and alpacas.
TASTINGS
Enjoy the hinterland mountain scenery from the large outdoor terrace and taste the wonderful local country scones with a delicious strawberry jam and cream. Later, you can sample between six to ten varietals of wine from traditional table wine to fortified honey wine plus you can have a taste of founder George Gibson's Special 40-year-old Reserve straight from the barrel.
