From Wikipedia I found that Mongolian BBQ has little in relationship to either Mongolia or to BBQ.
The food is prepared on a flat hot surface which is about all it has in relationship to Mongolian cooking.
The customary cuisine in Mongolia does not include vegetables or noodles and they don't BBQ.
We purchased a bottle of Chateau Ste. Michele Riesling to go with our lunch.
